TESTIMONIALS

I have had the privilege of working with Eric Griffis during the planning and budgeting phase of a ten million dollar independent living project in Ocala, Florida.

During that time, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction methodology, and in particular, the impact upon the budgeting and scheduling of a major facility.

His attention to detail and contributions has added greatly to the body of knowledge above our own experiences, to the enhancement of the project.

I would without hesitation recommend Mr. Griffis within the construction industry.

My partners and I met Eric Griffis in his capacity as project supervisor when we constructed a new office facility. Eric came into the project significantly after the construction process began to learn that we expected our office to be completed no later than December 15, 2004.

My experience told me that it would be extremely difficult for our time requirements to be met without something extraordinary taking place.

Fortunately for us, Eric took over our job and not only met our time requirements, but did so in a professional and courteous manner. Eric embraced every issue that came up during construction with a "can do" attitude, which was extremely refreshing. He was also able to tactfully explain various construction issues to us so that we could reach a consensus without creating an adversarial situation.

On behalf of my partners, I highly recommend Eric Griffis in any position that requires commitment and energy when meeting the needs of a client. Our experience with Eric was nothing short of outstanding!

During his tenure at Joyner Construction, Eric completed several jobs in a supervisory position, the most noteworthy being the 13,000 square foot facility for Eastern States Veterinary Association (an affiliate of the University of Florida Veterinary College). This $1.3 million complex contained all phases of a ground up commercial project, with several specialty items.

Through Eric's dedicated effort, the eight month project was completed ahead of schedule and within the established budget. His duties included coordination of all subcontractors and vendors, order all necessary materials, management of the schedule, coordination and scheduling of all inspections with the building municipalities, and coordination of interpreting the plans and specifications of the architect.

Eric possess a great deal of enthusiasm and passion for the construction industry. He is eager and willing to learn new ideas and technologies.

In the ten years I have known Eric, as a builder, I have observed quality traits which he possesses. Among these qualities are organization, attention to detail, an ability to delegate, efficiency, and problem solving.

Eric is not hesitant to take charge of situations and insists on a firm yet mutual respect with other subcontractors. He puts the interests of the client first and is comfortable making suggestions for improvements at all stages of the building process.

Davis & Sons Construction Company, as an owner/developer, relied on Eric's management, construction knowledge, and experience to complete the many phases involved in building multi-family housing units.

Eric brought a lot to our company in the time he was employed here. From his start as a carpenter in the woodshop, it became clear to us that he possessed the ability to manage and direct employees. He soon became an assistant to our production manager, and after the departure of this manager, Eric assumed the responsibilities of Production Manager.

I respect Eric for his integrity and stamina, and his ability to do whatever is necessary to accomplish defined tasks and goals. Eric is someone I would take with me if I needed to be assured of a project's success. He possesses knowledge and experience with residential and commerical construction materials and methods and is comfortable with the demands of the jobsite.

Eric was involved with many aspects of multiple projects during his association with Sightline Studios. During his tenure here, he was part of this company's rapid growth and participated in the planning and execution of diverse projects for clients such as Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, and the Kennedy Space Center. These experiences have offered Eric a great education in the area of themed environment fabrication and installation.
