• Elevator Shaft Shenanigans: Ever wonder how we managed to fit a four-story building into our riverside paradise? Well, let's just say we got a little creative! The entire structure was ingeniously constructed around the elevator shaft, giving new meaning to the term "building from the inside out." It's like the ultimate architectural magic trick!

• Dredging Delights: We weren't content with just any old docking system – oh no! We rolled up our sleeves and dredged over 7 acres of the river to install a deep-water docking system that can accommodate vessels of all shapes and sizes. Talk about making waves in the maritime world!

• Seawall Spectacular: To keep the marina shipshape and secure, we installed over 360 feet of seawall – because when it comes to waterfront enjoyment, we believe in going big or going home!

• Piling Powerhouse: This marina is built to last, thanks to a whopping 83 concrete pilings, each a mighty 18"x18", driven to a depth of over 30 feet on average. These bad boys can withstand over 100 tons of downforce – now that's what we call heavy-duty engineering!

• Tiki Time: What's a waterfront paradise without a touch of tropical flair? The handcrafted tiki hut thatch roof is not only a sight to behold but also one of the largest in central Florida. So grab a piña colada, kick back, and soak up the sunshine under the island-inspired masterpiece!

• Dock Dreams: The entire dock system was designed, manufactured, and installed by the incredible talents of the marina employees. From concept to completion, every aspect of the docks reflects passion for craftsmanship and dedication to excellence.
