Chatham Woods Condominiums in Orange Park, FL - as the Project Manager for Omega Design Build Group in Jacksonville, Florida

The Chatham Woods Condominium project was an expansive 14-acre development designed to provide comfortable and modern living spaces within a thoughtfully planned community. This ambitious project included 15 buildings with a total of 100 two-story condominium units, offering a range of floorplans from 2-bedroom/2-bathroom to 3-bedroom/2-bathroom layouts.

While working at Omega Design Build Group, we began with clearing the site and installing all the necessary infrastructure to support the community. This included stormwater management systems, water and power utilities, and electrical systems. We also constructed all roads, complete with curb and gutter, and installed drainage systems and a retention area to ensure proper water flow and environmental compliance.

Beyond infrastructure, we focused on creating a welcoming and functional environment for residents. We installed a playground, signage, sidewalks, and asphalt throughout the property. Landscaping was carefully planned and executed to enhance the community’s aesthetic appeal, providing green spaces and a polished, turnkey finish.

From start to finish, the entire project was completed in just ten months, showcasing our ability to manage large-scale residential developments efficiently and effectively. The Chatham Woods Condominium project stands as a testament to our expertise in delivering high-quality, fully completed communities on time and within scope.
