While working at IDI Construction, the Firehouse Subs restaurant project involved a strip mall shell build-out to create a brand-new 1,800 sq. ft. location for the popular sandwich chain. Our team was responsible for transforming the empty shell space into a fully functional and inviting restaurant, adhering to Firehouse Subs' design specifications and operational requirements.

The project included the installation of all necessary infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as interior finishes such as flooring, walls, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen area was carefully designed to meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant, while the dining space was tailored to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The project was completed in just three months, ensuring a timely opening for Firehouse Subs. This fast-paced build-out highlights our ability to efficiently deliver high-quality commercial spaces on schedule.
