While working at IDI Construction, the Sun Tan City project involved a 5,000 sq. ft. shell build-out to create a sleek and functional tanning salon. Our team constructed the space to include multiple rooms equipped with tanning beds, ensuring a comfortable and private experience for each customer.

In addition to the tanning rooms, we created a spacious waiting area that provides a welcoming environment for guests. The customer service counter was strategically placed for easy access, while the merchandising area was designed to showcase products and enhance the customer experience.

The project was completed in just three months, demonstrating our ability to efficiently transform a shell space into a fully operational and stylish retail environment. The Sun Tan City location was a modern, functional space that met both customer needs and operational requirements.
